Comments:
from gds to crescent trail, left on the trail for about a mile and a half (to just after the 6 mile marker) and then home. felt absolutely terrible. can't breathe (sick), legs heavy and tired, shins hurt, ankle hurts, knee hurts, humid, hungry, no motivation...and it didn't get better as the run went on. well, maybe it was a little better once I hit river road again on the way back. but i just felt slow and plodding, elephant-like.
