Comments:
not in the mood for a foxes and hounds game, so i went with Scott and Billy down Wisconsin to the russian embassy and back. the pace was a little brisk for a steady run, but nothing I couldn't hold a steady conversation through. it was really nice to run with different people, and I felt great! did 4 long striders in the last 10 minutes or so of the run.
