Very good workout. 4 x 400 at 1:35, 2 x 800 at 3:12, 1600 at 6:22, 2 x 800 at 3:12, 4 x 400 at descending times - 1:32, 1:30, 1:27 , 1:19. High stress day, headache all day, but did it anyway and was glad I did.
