Wasn't sore from yesterday... I think the icebath yesterday helped.
Form drills- I feel like I need to do them more continuously. Im looking forward to doing them myself over break because I can tell what I need to do more of and less of.
Fairbanks was nice with Kendra. Core. Weights-
Running form and working the gluts on tall machine
Calf raises (I've been doing these all along but haven't written them down)
Abduction/Hamstring.
Biceps curls
Triceps curls
Lat pulls
Bench press
Continue to do 2 sets of 10 or 12 with light weights
Stretch and foam roller
