Ate too many tacos before :( Need to eat less... no more feasting!
4x30 sec controlled fast pace at end with equal distance jog in between. Need to do more speed work. 40 min.... don't know actual distance.
p90x ab ripper after run. did not stretch but should have. Stretch more!
