Exercise Type: Run
Weather: awful, 25 degrees with wind coming from every direction
Comments:
8x400 at mile pace with the wind getting progressively worse... 64 65 65 66 67 67 68. Worst conditions I've ever had to run a workout in for sure. Felt like I got a lot out of this one though, with two big pluses: 1) Even splitting. Definitely good. 2) Midfoot striking. Kinda felt weird but found myself doing it in the later intervals
