headed down to the track with lafferty & did 2xK (1min recov), 2x4 (1min recov), 4x2 (1:30/200m jog recov). K's at threshold pace, rest at mile-ish pace..all a little off due to wind. 3:22, 3:18, 68, 69, 33, 32, 32, 31. had to change up the workout a little bit bc the wind was pretty harsh. other than that it was a pretty moderate workout & definitely wasnt working hard..felt smooth.
