the past 24hrs, not including the race, eating, and teammates, were the worst amount of time i have ever suffered trough in my life thus far. 7hrs to get to vcu, shitty weather, and more traffic on the 5+ hour drive home explains most of it. actual splits when i get them
so yeah, the once we hopped on the track the rain picked up pretty good as expexted to be on par with the wind. i wanted to go out slower than i did at penn to give myself a shot at the next two miles and run somewhat even. went in 455 very comfortable. the next mile mustve been around 504 because i hope i was sub 10 at 2mi. the last mile.1 i felt pretty strong with a 501+37 passing at least 4 people. obviously i need some work in order to have a big pr, but it feels like some of the pieces are coming together..kinda
