Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did 3 miles with the 5K class at Legends but it was spent walking/jogging very slowly, so I'm calling it 2 miles. After, did 4 in just over 28 minutes. Felt pretty good on the last part of the run, but left achilles felt a little tight (I thought). This morning, my left heal has a little knot on it, so maybe that's what was causing the pain. Must have hit it on something. Not too worried about it.
