Weather: weird... windy yet again and warmed up like crazy during the workout

Comments:
Pretty tough... Distance pyramid with pretty limited rest... 400 (70), 2 min, 800 (2:27), 2:30 min, 1200 (3:45), 3 min, 1600 (5:02), 3 min, 1200 (3:47), 2:30 min, 800 (2:29), 2 min, 400 (66). Short-ish rest was killer on the 1200's, those were definitely the hardest. After the mile began all the intervals feeling pretty dead legged. The wind definitely played a factor today, killer on turn into the homestretch. Died down a little after the last 1200. Good workout though!
