Complaints: Stomach felt a little uneasy. Aerobic level needs to get back into the groove a little bit.

Comments: Legs felt fresh, healed of shin splints (for now)!

Goals for this week: Get back on a healthy eating plan. Back to no meat. Water consumption needs to be up!
