Comments:
First yasso workout. Did 10 minute warm-up, a couple strides, then right into it. 3:06, 3:06, 3:03, 2:57. Times look good, but ran inconsistent throughout. Today was a little bit of a rust buster. Cooled down just over a mile back to the house. Didn't notice the back of my heel during the 800's, but really felt it on the cool-down and later in the day.
