Weather: 83 degrees
Terrain: Flat pavement, then dike, then slight incline on grass, and back.
Complaints: 3 hours of sleep. Felt very stressful physically.
Comments: The cold stream felt amazing.
Fun Fact: Got my shoes super muddy from the woods. Aw, yea! Oh, and almost stepped on a woodchuck again today.

Goals for this week: Get back on a healthy eating plan. Back to no meat. Water consumption needs to be up!
