Weather: 90 and humid

Comments:
Estimating the mileage again here. With Baker, Yen-k, James, Drew, and MLG. Felt good for the first half, but on the way back I just felt lousy, and then I rolled my (injured) ankle, so I decided to cut it short with Baker, who was also going a little less. My left knee (I think it's the LCL? Whatever ligament is on the outside) still hurts so I might have to rest it a bit. Let this be a lesson kiddies:

If you're not feeling great on your run, and you look at the calendar and it says "June", DON'T PUSH IT. Championship season is still 5 months away and if you keep pushing when you're feeling run down, you're only hurting yourself. Obviously there is a fine line, as you still need to get the mileage in at some point, but there's no reason at all to do an extra 10 miles during the week if you're so tired you can barely drag yourself out the door.
