Weather: humid, overcast

Comments:
2 mile warmup and cooldown, 16x100m with 100m recovery. Ran 10 of them in spikes then my turf toe started to hurt again so I took the spikes off. Looks like if I'm racing wednesday it will be in road racing flats.
