talked to coach and took yesterday off. leg feels a little better today but i can still feel it when i am walking around ... not good. biked around babler ... 14 miles I think and did the intermediate workout on the pool wall ... 1700 yards i think. definately cross training again tomorrow, also doing ankle rehab from the last time my ankle hurt
