Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
really easy trail run, not a very good workout cause it was tall grass and lots of branches, and we got lost a bit, so it was more of an "escaping wilderness" run/walk, but we got in 4 miles of it that we ran. probably gonna go on another run or do two tomorrow.
