Comments:
My IT band has really been giving me fits the last few days, so decided to do my yassos on the Greenbelt instead of on the track. Wasn't quite as warmed up as I went right into them after a mile, but ended up feeling alright. 3:15, 3:09, 3:03, 3:01. Quads are still kind of sore from the 10 miler, but think the workout helped work some of it out. IT band hurting tonight.
