Don't know all my splits, but here's what I got: 6:55, 13:56, 6:47, 7:04, 6:50, 6:46, 6:41, 13:22. Was starting to get rolling on Veech and got stopped by the train (before mile 4), regrouped a little then got rolling on Frederica. Around 7 started to get a little bored/ready to get done, then about 7.5-8 miles just felt great. Felt like I could hold a few more miles at that pace. Good day. Finally won. Did about 1.5 warm-up/cool-down.
