Comments:
Read my schedule wrong and thought I was suppost to do 5 yassos. Oops. 3:08, 3:05, 3:01, 2:59, 2:55. Didn't do strides or anything, just went straight into it because it started POURING the second I got to the track. Probably why the times area little uneven. Cleared off around the 3rd rep, and got rolling a little. Did around a mile and a quarter warm-up/cool-down.
