Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 63* at 10 a.m.

Comments:
My long run was very hard for me to complete today. Felt strong at a 9:20 pace for first three miles, but felt very tight in my front calves, esp. on right. Then mile 4-6 was great... felt strong at improved time by 20 sec per mile. k. Mile 7-9 was very hard to get thru. Felt tired, sluggish, hips hurt, left TB band right. Finish, but have been in bed and exhausted. Didn't eat and drink healthy yesterday, AND have been camping for a week, so not hydrated and not good nutrition. Starting to log so I can see what I'm doing wrong. Didn't wear my HR monitor.
